Our approach to working with our clients is totally flexible. What suits you best?

That said, our experience has shown that something along the following lines works pretty well.

• Tell us what you want to do and where you've got to so far. We'll tell you how we could help and maybe talk about ballpark figures on costs and timings.

• Happy so far? Time to give us a few more details so we can firm up on costs. We'd like to know the size of the project, whether you have all the background information already or you'd like us to do some research, who we need to talk to – that sort of thing

• We agree cost and deadline, we ask some important and pertinent questions, and we get on with it. We'll come back to you if we've got any further queries, but mostly we're really good as not bothering our clients and taking up their time unnecessarily.

• Getting on with it includes talking to any other knowledge holders within your organisation or partners or customers. We've been praised for our approach to working with clients and their customers at all levels of the organisation.

• We provide you with a draft copy of our work.

• You give us some feedback and we go away and incorporate all your comments, and those of any other reviewers into a second draft.

• A few final tweaks and the copy will be ready to use.
