Marketing is a magnet to jargon. keeping up with your agency's latest marketspeak is time-consuming.
For those who want to communicate with direct marketers in their own language, a mailing house has produced a
glossary that may help. Some of them are a bit hard to follow, even with an explanation, but if you want to know about auto previews, bounces, conversion rates, dynamic content, segmentation and click-through rates, it's a good place to start.
